Our Rental Rates Include a range of Services:
- ASSISTANCE: complementary assistance upon arrival at airport or harbor ~ escort to the villa ~ assistance for check-in / out procedures at the property
- HOUSEKEEPING: 6 hours daily maid service ~ change of towels and linen twice weekly
- ALL UTILITIES / CHARGES: water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning, pool maintenance, taxes
- EXTRA WEEKLY PACKAGES: Chef or Catering Service

Villa Policy
Minimum stay: 2 weeks in High and Peak season (unless agreed otherwise); 1 week other times.
Security Deposit: EUR 2000.
